Dr Oliver Wing

Oliver Wing is the Chief Scientific & Product Officer at Fathom, where he leads the organization’s scientific research program. His role in leading the design and development of Fathom’s flood risk products centers their close ties with academia; ensuring the modeling techniques are research-led, transparent, and peer reviewed.

He continues to publish and review papers in the world’s leading hydrology journals, and speaks regularly on issues related to flooding and climate change at academic conferences, industry events, and in the media. He is currently Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Catastrophe Risk and Resilience.

Outside of work, Oliver enjoys spending time with his beloved dog, Jasper, as well as football, hiking, cycling and gaming.
