Jamie Hicks

Jamie leads Fathom’s marketing efforts in the financial markets space, working closely with the sales team to leverage the best opportunities in the market. His day-to-day tasks include building and running campaigns, webinars and events; he also is focused on community building, research and thought leadership.

He brings substantial industry expertise to Fathom. Before joining, he worked for Schroders, one of the UK’s leading investment managers, on their strategic priority funds and sustainability focused products. 

Before that, he was at ESG and sustainable finance media company Responsible Investor, where he led the marketing strategy. Jamie holds a Certificate in Sustainable Investing and Finance from the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany (DVFA).

Jamie was attracted to Fathom by its positive impact on the planet and the opportunity to work at the cutting-edge of climate technology. He was drawn to Fathom’s passionate and supportive team, as well as its well-respected position in the industry.

In his spare time, Jamie is a keen sailor and actor and still finds the time for traveling, cycling and hiking.
