Tom sits in the engineering team at Fathom. He is responsible for demonstrating the value of our products and services at different stages in the engineering lifecycle, by building new relationships and also developing those that already exist. Tom works across both inbound and outbound leads and is the point of contact for engineering firms in North America.
Based in the UK, Tom can often be found attending industry events across Europe and the US, talking with clients and contacts about the latest industry developments and the issues Fathom can help to solve.
Tom has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Leicester. He has spent the past couple of years working in the water sector, and was drawn to Fathom by the opportunity to work at a company with transparency at its core.
He is motivated by the problem-solving nature of working in business development, getting to the root of issues clients are facing to help provide a solution.
When he’s not working, Tom can be found at the gym, playing tennis or at the pub with his friends.
