In her role as Head of People, Nicola oversees all the HR functions at Fathom to make it a brilliant place to work. She focuses on creating a positive work environment that supports employee well-being and career development as well as ensuring we hire the best talent to align with our business goals. She keeps up to date with HR best practices, such as employment legislation, diversity and inclusion and key benefits and policies.
Nicola has spent her career working in different HR roles both in large corporates in London and, most recently, in a small consulting firm in Bristol. She has particular experience in recruitment, talent development and coaching.
Inspired by Fathom’s story, having followed our journey from our early days in Bristol, Nicola is excited to be part of our continued growth and to be helping to shape our culture.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, her two teenage boys and her energetic dog Milo as well as being outdoors, running around the Bristol Downs and doing Pilates to stay fit and healthy.
