Leigh Heffer

At Fathom, Leigh oversees all things finance. This ranges from the day to day tasks of managing a small team and any adhoc items that come their way, to longer term forecasting, cash-flow analysis and budgeting. 

Leigh is originally from South Africa, and completed her articles with Ernst & Young in South Africa before doing a secondment through them in the UK. Her entire career has been spent in finance, working in both small and large organizations. She was drawn to Fathom for its welcoming culture, the chance to work with people who are world-leading experts in their field, and the challenges that come with working for a company that’s growing at pace. In her role, Leigh particularly enjoys interacting with different people on a variety of tasks, and the problem solving that comes with this. 

Outside of work, Leigh is a fan of traveling, running, reading and spending time with her family.
