Josué Rodríguez González

Josué leads the strategic development, implementation and security of Fathom’s technology infrastructure, ensuring it scales effectively to support global operations and cutting-edge flood and climate risk analytics.

He is an IT leader with over a decade of experience spanning software engineering, systems administration and IT strategy. A key part of his mission is to align and integrate Fathom’s agile, research-focused infrastructure with Swiss Re’s systems in a secure, collaborative, and scalable way, helping both organizations harness the full potential of their combined expertise in risk modeling and analytics.

Before joining Fathom, Josué worked at a leading environmental research organization in the UK, where he managed large-scale scientific computing projects and led IT teams supporting high performance computing (HPC), advanced Linux infrastructure and complex data workflows.

Josué excels at translating technical complexity for non-technical audiences, aligning IT strategy with business goals and empowering teams to deliver secure, resilient, high-performance systems.

Outside of work, Josué enjoys working out, gaming and drawing.
