Josué is an experienced IT professional with over 10 years of experience working within software engineering, information technology and systems administration. As Fathom’s Infrastructure Manager, he is responsible for the strategic development and implementation of Fathom’s internal architecture.
Before joining Fathom, Josué worked for a large environmental research organization. This gave him knowledge around the challenges faced in highly academic environments, as well as an understand of the IT requirements for companies experiencing growth at speed. Whilst working as a IT Science Computing Manager, Josué oversaw projects directly impacting how UKCEH scientists develop their research.
Being able to communicate with technical and non-technical people alike and convey his technical expertise with multiple audiences is a key skill Josué is proud of. He hopes to use this to support Fathom’s continued growth.
Outside of work, Josué enjoys working out, gaming and drawing.
