Head of Customer Success

James Bridges

As Head of Customer Success, James is responsible for ensuring clients and partners can make the best use of Fathom’s data. This involves interfacing with a lot of people, externally to manage onboarding and customer queries, and internally to organize data for delivery and manage access to the API.  

This collaboration is one of the aspects James particularly enjoys about his role, along with Fathom’s ethos of transparency and the sense that the company is having a positive impact on the world around us.

James has a Masters degree in Mathematics from the University of Southampton. Before joining Fathom in 2022, he spent over a decade working at the insurance company Zurich in a myriad of roles, including as a catastrophe modeler and in the catastrophe underwriting team. His technical background and insurance industry know-how provide James with a great understanding of the data and use cases of Fathom’s products. 

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his two young kids and doing DIY.
