Customer Success Manager

Iszy Philpotts

Iszy is responsible for onboarding clients within the engineering sector. She also serves as a frontline support resource, addressing queries from both prospective and existing customers and liaising with different Fathom teams to ensure answers are accurate and useful. Iszy also manages our knowledge platform for customers, ensuring that valuable resources are readily available to support their needs effectively. 

She studied Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Design before taking a job in retail tech at Dyson and then at financial tech company Dojo. Both roles involved team management, customer service, and process development as well as handling complaints and collaborating with Financial Ombudsman Services. 

Since joining Fathom in January 2024, Iszy has been dedicated to making a positive impact, whether by assisting clients directly or enhancing internal customer success processes. Her enthusiasm for continuous improvement and commitment to delivering exceptional service underscore her contributions to the team. 

Outside of work, Iszy is an avid rugby enthusiast and enjoys camping and indulging in fiction literature.
