Greg’s role is mainly focused on service management, identity management, monitoring and documentation. He navigates the complexities of working with different systems such as Linux and Windows, and provides IT support as leader of the helpdesk.
An expert in cybersecurity, Greg worked for Siemens for 17 years in various roles that covered infrastructure, architecture, global malware, governance, and developing plans for securing environments. He later worked for a cybersecurity consultancy in South Africa, developing malware protection for big companies.
Greg joined the Fathom IT team after moving to the UK with his wife and children in 2023. He enjoys learning about new things and creating new processes, and when he’s not answering IT queries and securing information systems, you’ll find him spinning drum and bass and electro on the DJ decks.
