Sales and Admin Support Executive, Financial Markets

Karlo Chan

Karlo is a key member of Fathom’s sales team, with a focus on financial markets. Based in London, he enjoys pitching and developing new business relationships, with a particular focus on identifying decision-makers, following up on webinars, and nurturing qualified leads to pass on to the sales team.

Before joining Fathom, Karlo worked as a partner success person for a SaaS company in the UK that has clients spanning the globe from Europe to Asia and Latin America. Before that, he worked for the technology transfer office of a Canadian university in Hong Kong, where he handled more than 10 different R&D projects at a time, ranging from medical devices and biotechnology to green technology.

He gained valuable business development and account management experience and learned the importance of bringing the right people into conversations at the right time to facilitate discussions and advance business development sales stages.

Outside of work, Karlo enjoys spending time with family and friends, driving on sunny days, swimming, playing guitar and perfecting his coffee brewing skills, to ensure he’s always ready and alert for any impromptu meetings.
