Esther Soyoye
Esther’s role entails supporting the initial stages of the sales process, including lead generation, outreach, and helping maximise Fathom’s presence at events. She ensures the team has the tools, information and operational support needed to connect effectively with prospects and keep the pipeline moving efficiently.
She enjoys seeing how an initial inquiry can become long-lasting business, as well as implementing ideas that improve and streamline the way we work. She also enjoys the fast-paced and dynamic nature of sales.
Before joining Fathom, Esther spent six years in sales operations and support roles, where she gained an understanding of the importance of CRM management and taught herself Salesforce administrator tools. She is now working towards her certification exam.
