Rebecca Nepiani

Rebecca’s role is to support Fathom’s engineering sales team by helping bring in new business, maximizing efforts around company and industry events, and helping keep internal systems and processes on track.

She has extensive business development experience and before joining Fathom she was in a similar role at a software as a service (SaaS) company based in London, providing solutions to streamline back-office derivatives trading processes for banks and other financial institutions. After relocating to Gloucester, she was keen to work for a growing company with a vibrant start-up culture, which led her to Fathom.      

Outside of work, Rebecca stays busy looking after her toddler and dog and tackling DIY home renovation projects on the weekends. On the rare occasions when she has a spare moment, she enjoys walking and exploring the local countryside (as well as her local country pubs).
