Kathleen supports our commercial teams to boost efficiency and streamline growth. As part of the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team, her mission is to ensure a smooth customer experience and a seamless revenue process.

Working across departments, Kathleen loves removing friction from our revenue-generating systems. Whether fine-tuning automated workflows or collaborating on new initiatives, she’s always looking for ways to support the team. Ultimately, Kathleen aims to optimize the people, processes and data that drive Fathom forward.

Bringing a wealth of experience from the EdTech sector, Kathleen has a diverse background spanning Education, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps. Fathom’s culture was a major draw for her, as she thrives around “interesting and interested” people. Usually based in our Bristol office, you can otherwise find her exploring the local food scene with friends, on the farm with her large family or experimenting with new recipes at home.
