Jody helps Fathom’s teams work effectively by improving the processes and ways of working that support project delivery. She works across the business to understand current operations, identify improvement opportunities and turn those into practical changes. Her work includes reviewing operational processes, carrying out project health checks, supporting governance and helping delivery teams make effective use of tools.
Jody brings a wealth of experience across project and operational delivery, with a particular focus on process improvement, project governance and agile ways of working. She enjoys getting to the heart of how something works, bringing people together to understand the challenges and finding simple, practical ways to make things better.
Outside work, Jody is studying International Relations at the Open University and often has her not-so-miniature dachshund, Ted, with her wherever she goes.
