Angie’s role is to enable Fathom’s teams to deliver excellent work, whether it is a new project, bringing a product to market or continuing to invest time in groundbreaking research. She makes sure the team has the tools and coaching to deliver against our strategic roadmap and ultimately create innovative products for customers.
Drawn to Fathom by the outstanding culture, the diversity of the team and the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the world, Angie brings a wide range of skills and experience to the role. Having worked as a consultant and in-house in the legal industry, she later founded her own agile and change management consultancy, working with her team and clients on a variety of digital transformation projects, with a focus on agile maturity delivery and enabling effective change .
Outside work, Angie enjoys travelling around the world and the UK looking for the best surf spots. She’s recently bought a van to convert and is, more often than not, accompanied by her little dog Chilli, whose hobbies include big hikes, sitting on laps and communicating via her dog ‘talking’ buttons.
